Quadros Bio Advisory Inc. (“QBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

QBA is a scientific risk intelligence firm. Our assessments reflect independent scientific and technical analysis. They do not account for your personal financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or applicable securities regulations. All investment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified financial, legal, and regulatory advisors.
Reliance on any information provided by QBA is solely at your own risk.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the QBIView™ name and methodology, scoring frameworks, assessment tools, Ideas Lab articles, reports, graphics, logos, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Quadros Bio Advisory Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law, trademark law, and applicable international laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of QBA. The name QBIView™ is a trademark of Quadros Bio Advisory Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. Permitted Use
You may access and use this Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems;

- Use any content from this Site to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting QBA through the Site.
4. Assessment Tools and Paid Services
Use of QBIView™ and any other tools or paid services offered through this Site is subject to additional terms specific to those services. By using any paid service, you also agree to the QBIView™ Terms of Use and the QBIView™ Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. QBA does not store payment card information.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. QBA does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
6. Confidentiality of Inquiries
Information you voluntarily submit through the Site’s contact forms or intake forms is treated in accordance with our Política de Privacidade. General website inquiries are not automatically subject to confidentiality. Mutual confidentiality applies only upon execution of a formal engagement agreement or a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement with QBA.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QBA, its founder, officers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content; any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Site’s content; any investment or business decision made in reliance on information provided through the Site or any QBA assessment; or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
QBA’s total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to QBA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. QBA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
