This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the QBIView™ tool operated by Quadros Bio Advisory Inc. (“QBA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on this website. It explains what data is collected when you use QBIView™, how that data is used, and how it is protected.

1. What is QBIView™?

QBIView™ is a proprietary scientific risk assessment tool developed by Quadros Bio Advisory Inc. It is designed to help investors, corporations, and advisors evaluate the investment readiness and regulatory compliance of agricultural biological input products using a structured, Bayesian scoring framework.

2. Data Collected When You Use QBIView™

When you submit information through the QBIView™ assessment tool, we collect:

• Product information: Details about the biological product being assessed
• Company information: Name of the company or startup associated with the product
• Contact information: Your name, email address, and company affiliation
• Assessment responses: All answers submitted through the QBIView™ questionnaire

3. How We Use Your Data

Data submitted through QBIView™ is used exclusively to generate your assessment report, deliver it to your email, improve scoring calibration using anonymized data, and maintain business records. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your assessment data to any third party without your explicit written consent.

4. Confidentiality of Assessment Data

All product and company information submitted through QBIView™ is treated as strictly confidential. QBA applies the same confidentiality standards to QBIView™ assessments as to all client engagements under QBA-NDA-CLT-001. Your data is accessible only to authorized QBA personnel directly involved in producing your report.

5. Data Retention

Assessment records are retained for a maximum of 7 years in accordance with Canadian legal and accounting requirements. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Data Security

Assessment data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), strict access controls, and secure credential management throughout.

7. Third-Party Processors

QBIView™ uses: Supabase (database/storage), Vercel (application hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). Each maintains their own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at info@quadrosbioadvisory.com — we respond within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada, including PIPEDA.
